The chateau is located in the area of prestigious West Bohemian spas - Karlsba, Marienbad and Franzensbad. There are 50 rooms there, several halls for conferences of social gatherings, indoor heated swimming pool and spa.

The floor area of the chateau is some 3 thousand sq. meters, the park is 4.5 hectares. The lake is some 6800 sq. meters. There is private heliport and covered parking for 50 cars. The chateau was fully refurbished.
